        Completely incompetent, placed an order for an item ahead of a trips to the alps. One week later and a day before I depart the item is not dispatched and will not arrive in time. No communication regarding any issues. Not good enough and the word Sorry Im afraid is not good enough in this case.

        Huge selection of all snow gear, better than any other shop Ive been in england. I got a great deal on very high spec pants and gloves and definitely going back there! Also lovely service

        Awesome! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Helped with purchasing bindings as well as setting up my board/bindings/boots after. Loads of items and good deals! Will be back FOR SURE!!

        Great shop, excellent service. Hidden gem in London, cant recommend highly enough. Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. I had a snowboard boot fitting with Jayne and she was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful.
