I bought a hoover from here for 70 was served by Margaret when I got home there were parts missing so me and my partner took it back and explained the situation to Margaret the lady that served me she was very unhelpful and was more interested in serving the next customer then helping us so I asked to speak to the manager Zak he come out and explained it was sent to us like that and there was nothing we could do even with a receipt and literally walked away from us after that if it wasnt for the young girl with the tattoos I didnt get her name we wouldnt have known what to do and would have lost 70 luckily she said we can try calling the distributor and get them to send the missing parts anyway wont be shopping in Argos anymore and Zak needs to get of his high horse and realise hes a manger for Argos and not working on Wall Street
