RAAZ CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED

After the good reviews on here, I chose Mr Singh and his team of multi talented and hard working builders for a ground floor extension which involved the demolition of an old wooden conservatory and its footings, building a new kitchen, a downstairs shower room, installing new doors, windows, stripping out the old boiler and fitting a new one, fitting out the kitchen and the utility room. One of the things that impressed us about the work carried out was the fact that each question I asked and each time I phoned, I always got a positive response from Mr Singh, and either he or his son would be there every day to check up on the work being done. As with every building job, you will inevitably come across a number of problems but these were always dealt with and overcome in a mutually agreeable way. I was particularly impressed by the fact that all of the building materials, the bricks, the sand, the cement, the wood, the plasterboard, plus one huge long steel beam, all of it, and all the rubble and waste had to be taken backwards and forwards, through the house, via a single (quite expensive, double glazed) side door, yet at the end of it all there was not one single mark on that door! I would say Mr Singh of Raaz construction is well worth a call if you are looking for a reliable local builder in the Hillingdon area.

I am very happy to leave this feedback for Raaz construction. I got an extension and renovation works done by Raaz last year. I found their details on the website and I am glad that I went with the overwhelming positive reviews that they have on yell from their customers. Mr Balwinder is extremely knowledgeable and made few changes to the plans at the time of giving me quote. I am grateful as the outcome was magnificent. They gave me a very reasonable quote and stayed within the quote till the completion without any hidden costs. They provided me with a good quality material without making any compromises. They also completed work well within agreed time frame despite of unexpected lock down. I am very lucky that I decided to go with Raaz and they took all the stress and worry away. There must be a reason why these guys have 100 percent positive feedback on all the social networks. All my friends are impressed with their work. Exceptional builder who keeps client at heart not the financial gains. I shall definitely recommend Raaz to everyone. Well done Raaz, you definitely deserve kudos.

We employed Mr Singh and his team at Raaz Constructions for a major interior refurbishment of an entire terraced house, which lasted for over 2 months. The initial quote was competitive and the delivery being consistently on time and on budget, we increased the work load, like adding a new kitchen or skimming the entire house. Each time, the work was prioritised straight away and delivered to a high standard. As this was an old house, we also had unforeseen problems, like existing wall partition strength or plumbing issue, and each time Mr Singh came up with a good option at a price that was very competitive. The ability to complete a job on time and to a high standard is what you will get from Raaz Constructions, but you will also get the ability to discuss options and changes to your initial plan with Mr Singh. We will definitely use Raaz Constructions again and do recommend this friendly and skilled team.
