        I went at 6 am, so yes, the staff must be tired, but to order a hot chocolate and get just hot milk with the slightest taste of chocolate is unacceptable. I know the problem is with how the staff made it because every other Costa I have been to has never tasted so bad. He also looked so miserable serving us, I get it's 6 am but that doesn't really excuse poor customer service.

        Horrible customer service. Staff dont know how to interact with customers and am constantly given the wrong drink. Wouldnt hurt to start saying please and thank you.
