Chicken was somehow burnt on outside and pink in the middle. Staff rude and didnt refund me for inadequate product. Also had to get cash for their tax fiddle.

Worst chicken cottage branch i have ever had. Southall, northolt and hayes all have same if not similiar quality. This hillingdon branch is soggy and no crunch off flavour fried chicken!! Unless they have changed things and head office has paid them a visit to sort out quality control. Can't understand how this branch is still open.
