        Had to wait 4 days for an appointment for an engineer to look at my washing machine. Was told to expect a call 8-9am on the day to confirm timeslot, but got no call. By 3pm the engineer hadn't arrived, so I called up and was told the engineer would definitely be in touch. He wasn't. I waited for the rest of the day and he never turned up. Complete waste of my time, and now I've got to wait even longer for a professional company to come take a look. Would recommend you don't use this firm, clearly a disorganised mess.
