Kingdom Forge

I was gifted the introduction to blacksmithing course a few years ago, and really enjoyed it, so decided to buy a voucher for a relative's 40th in February. Unfortunately, 5 weeks+ after ordering the voucher online, nothing has arrived, yet the money was taken from my account straight away. I've tried contacting Kingdom Forge via phone and email numerous times, with absolutely no response. I feel so disappointed and frustrated by the whole experience that I now just want to try and recover the money taken. Given the lack of any response from those at Kingdom Forge, the next steps are legal advice and Trading Standards as I'd hate for others to get caught out in a similar way. UPDATE: 3 weeks after posting this original review, and further unsuccessful attempts to contact Kingdom Forge, I have now contacted Citizens Advice/ Trading Standards and will try to recover the money paid via the Small Claims Court.

Spent the day over with Paul last week, what a fantastic day! Paul teaches with real enthusiasm and whilst he's quick to say hes not a teacher he has a way of explaining the processes that just made sense, I made a coat hook, some ornamental leaves (what fiddly little bu***rs!) and a viking style knife. Absolutely one of the best days out i've had in a while and i'll be back soon to have a bash at the axe making.
