The products are good - if and when they arrive. Still waiting for some goods that should have been delivered on a next-day service a week ago, and sorry to say customer services have done little, if anything, to help. Surprised they are still using DHL, as I thought most people knew how far downhill they'd gone, sadly. I am not sure if I will order from this company again in future because of these issues - I hadn't had a problem with them until recently so maybe it's only temporary... one can always hope it won't happen again, but it's a bit of a gamble when you need something quickly.

Used to order through Amazon, for the past 8 but trying to cut them out as much as possible. Agree with the previous comment during the pandemic they hiked the prices by 200-300% not cool. Taking advantage of the times! So havent ordered from them in like 2 years! Giving them another chance as the price had come back down to a reasonable amount. They need to update their delivery info! So ordered on Wed 15th June 11.11 am say dispatch same day if ordered before 1 pm etc the courier didn't register receiving parcel until Fri 17th June 7.39 pm. I expected to have received it by then. Also sent by Hermes who is the worst in my opinion and it lists delivery companies on their website that they use and Hermes wasn't one of them! Everything after this point now technically falls on the courier. But they chose to use this courier. Got an update saying it will be delivered 15.30-17.30 Sat 18th June. Not ideal as I wanted it for the weekend so I could use it to clean Saturday etc but ill come toward the end of the day, fair enough ill make do again. Ideally wanted it Friday so could have it in the morning Saturday, thought the Wednesday order would be more than enough time to get it Friday (as they dispatch the same day) or even Saturday at the latest. Never came! Hermes doesn't deliver Sundays, so the best I can expect is Mon 20th June now. But I'm not holding my breath as Hermes is the most unreliable courier in my experience. Had problems with them numerous times. Given one star as the product is good. Although I don't know that yet or if they changed anything since the pandemic/Brexit until I receive my items. So id say good company product-wise (well I still hope) but the staff let them down! As well as the third-party companies they chose to use! With products like these, this company sells the main thing that differentiates you from others is your service. Customer service, shipping etc I'll give one more chance to rectify this opinion/feedback on my next order. If similar problem or anything I will not be using them again.

Hey just a quick message to remind you that you sent me flammable liquid without any protective material that leaked everywhere and then tried accusing me of being a thief for wanting it returned and refusing to accept any liability

Ordered 20 litres of IPA and 25 litres of distilled water to make sanitiser for my family. Seller ask me to wait 23 days for shipping and now said that DHL deny to ship liquids over 20 litres, but offered to ship only distilled water which is 25 litres?! (what about 20 litres DHL limit now?) That happen if you sell more than you have in stock. Disgusting. Why they are still able to sell here?!
