        My Mum has been a resident of The Manor since June 2020. The residential home has become a true 'home' for Mum and the wonderful team there managed by Iuliana have become 'family'. It is obvious that the team genuinely care for the residents and get to know them and spend time with them not just for personal care but for friendship. We do not live nearby so communication from the team to ourselves is vitally important and I have always found them excellent in this respect.

        Staff know my dad really well and look after his every need. Julianna shows professionalism and kindness at all times. Danielle and Gemma are stars, patient ,kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Dana is so cheerful and considerate. My dad is being well looked after. Thank you

        A high staff turn over. Lack of respect and bullying within the work force. No management support. Little care experience and an awful work experience. Would not recommend working there!
