Gilson Bailey Brundall Office really did exceed all expectations for my husband & I. We listed our property on the Thursday, we had 6 viewings back to back on the Saturday, 3 offers on the Monday morning which Gemma handled the negotiation part of superbly well resulting in us getting over the asking price. Everything sailed smoothly & swiftly from there with Louise chasing up all of the Conveyancing on both sides & staying in touch with us regularly with any updates or to do lists. The sale was done & dusted well within its expected forecasted date. I cant praise the team enough, its a very well oiled machine, everyone knows what theyre doing & they all do it with great ability. Id have no doubt in my mind in using Gilson Bailey again not referring them to family or friends, huge thanks to the team.
