        Excellent service from JPC Direct. I have discussed various purchases with Tom, either over the phone or at boat shows, and he is most helpful and knowledgeable about all things! I have recently purchased Webasto heating products and a Paguro generator, and customer service has been excellent from the start. Competetive prices, and good communication, and even when part of the fitting kit arrived wrong, JPC immediately refunded. I would have no hesitation in recommending JPC for any marine equipment.

        I can echo older reviews of waste of time and waiting weeks. No reply on the chat; No reply to emails; had an eventual reply via messenger with a refund and an poor excuse for stock control. What if I didnt have messenger? One star is too high a credit for taking our money but dodging communication!

        I wanted an inverter fitted waited weeks, never bother getting back to you.Give up in the end take my money to someone who can be bothered.
