    Very unhelpful 8 seater driver Booked a day in advance for a removal service and the lady controller was very helpful I insisted she called the 8 seater driver to confirm if he was happy to do the removal and though I wanted it for 6:30am, so as to allow me go about my day's business after moving, I implored the controller to ask the driver what price and time suits him so that we do not have any misunderstandings on the day. He said he could do for 07:30am, I agreed I was up all night packing to be ready for him At 07:20, he said he would come one hour later, I agreed to his convenience. Finally he arrived and called me sounding grumpy, "I have been knocking on the door, nobody is answering me" But you should call my phone not knock on the door as some people could be working from home or sleeping I went out with my luggage immediately to meet him No apologies for the lateness or inconveniences, he blurted "first of all I must tell you I will not put down my seats, neither will I put any luggage on my seats, whatever you have must fit in the little boothe (the size of a 4 seater car boothe). I asked so what is the point of ordering an 8 seater van for just one passenger? There's no way it would all fit in the booth, that's why it's removal job, I used to be a minicab controller so I know the vehicle capacities. He said controller begged and begged him to do the job because they have no drivers I said OK And you agreed to do it Are you happy to do it? You don't sound like you want to help It will be 20 extra he said I asked so additional money is the problem or are you happy to put luggage on the seats to create more space because everything still won't fit in the booth He said money is not the problem I need to see all the luggage first He went into the house Went into my room Even opened up my little fridge to see my food content...such effrontery and invasion! Then he said no and walked away No helpful attitude No apologies for the long wait, the wasted time Horrendous service
