Supposedly open until 4pm on a Saturday but closed now at 2.40pm - please update the Google opening hours

This place...there are no words. You can feel the hatred, as well as the disgusted looks and the looks of suspicion, when you walk in this place as a black person, especially of a darker hue of Melanin. So, you ignore the fact that the sourfaced female agent behind the counter had a thousand smiles and umpteen polite mannerisms, for the white woman in front, but has the most purse lipped, no eye contact unless it's a sneer, no polite words, no hello how can I help you, short sharp curt responses for you the black person! So, within 2 secs of the white lady getting her parcel.. the system went down, so the black person cannot get theirs?? You came to that conclusion without even touching the computer, amazing.

Rude staff shouted and woke my baby when I asked why they appear as an Amazon hub when they cannot take Amazon returns.

I sell items online so have used this post office regularly. I also use it for banking as well and can honestly say I have always had excellent service from all staff. I am surprised to read a few negative reviews on here however my experience has always been fantastic, staff are polite and professional.
