        First time I have had a pleasant experience with Royal Mail, thanks to Ben (23/02/23). I picked up my parcel today and he was so nice and kind. He was very polite and professional. I genuinely hope he gets a raise. In 7 years, I have never spoken to anyone with one bit of politeness at Royal Mail, he was the first and I hope his employers acknowledge that.

        The Worst Mail Delivery, I was waiting my parcel since in the morning and then Ive checked my email and suddenly it says attempted to deliver haha joke, after that I decided to check my CCTV and he didnt even knock the door. How ridiculous!
