The GP was very dismissive over the phone. Kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the details and background of my condition. He prescribed me generic medication that I made very clear doesnt help my condition at all, as Ive tried it for years, but still went ahead and prescribed it anyway. Ill be leaving this system and changing practices very soon.

If you want a doctor who is going to mansplain your health issues to you and blame every symptom you have on the anxiety you went to him for two years ago while grieving, then this is the doctor for you. He diagnosed all my issues over the phone aswell. I told him I have what I can only explain as a like hernia pain of something protruding threw my stomach muscle and he said "this is normal, I get this too" OVER THE PHONE. I am changing doctors because I have had to fight for things to be investigated further in the past for myself and my children, it shpuld not belike this .Its not good enough. Don't go here if you have serious health problems you might die.

I been contacting the Gp for over a week. I have a health Condition that I cant mention here. No one is picking up the phone and after 20/30 minutes of hold they disconnect the phone on purpose! The Caribbean lady with short hair is really rude and shouldnt be the receptionist at the Health Surgery. I feel so embarrassed to have such people working in health care. I will be changing this Gp. Do not come here because you will regret!
