Dignity was recommended by a friend based on their care and flexibility. I loved the excellent customer care given to me by Paulette - a human being, not part of the Matrix. Things I needed - got, sorting things out - done. Thank you

I chose this funeral director as it was closest to my Dads home and their service was brilliant. Very polite, accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I understand that we are in a pandemic and there are procedures to follow but to say that the family cannot provide clothes due to the pandemic despite the fact that the deceased died of natural causes yet still you are prepared to touch a body to imbalm at the cost of 150 shows that your not really concerned about covid. Plus no limousine for the family begs the question why your services would be required may as well of hired a white van and driven ourselves. we ended up choosing a funeral service that has dignity and shows compassion and did dress the deceased and provide a limousine.

Our mum had chosen this funeral plan not long after our dad past away, her reasons "one less thing for you to think of when I go". The funeral was on the 22nd June 2021 so still had covid restrictions. Apart from the number of people attending you would never have known. The whole procedure was executed with dignity and the greatest compassion. Kelly was a star. I know this is her "job" however whenever I had a question she was there to guide me through it. The day before the funeral Roy called to tell me which way the hearst would drive to "mum's" so that other private cars would face the same way in the street, so to follow smoothly, really thoughtful. On the journey to Enfield Crematorium we encountered a large amount of traffic which was having us run late however, i was approached in the car (while stopped in a traffic jam) and told "don't have any concerns we are running about 10 minutes late I have spoken with the Crem and your service will not be effected". Panic over. All in all a good choice on mum's part, it couldn't have gone any smoother. I personally would recommend this funeral directors hence the 5 stars.
