        I first opened my account at this branch and no matter where I've moved, any issues or assistance I need I travel to this branch. The staff have good customer service, especially the ones who have been there a while.

        Had a phone meeting with the mortgage adviser wasn't punctual or helpful dissapointed to say the least, staff member was incompetent and unhelpful not sure of her name
