        I was very happy to discover someone thats has so many experience and knowledge about hair perm.. I have been to, too many different hairdresser to get perm but every time I left disappointed until I have attended Seville hairdresser to do my perm and would recommend for hair perm I was amazed how natural the curls looked. Thank you so much and would definitely come back for top up. Services: Perms, Curly hair
