One member of staff in particular very condescending and rude

An exceptional member of staff by the name of Onur ( hope I havent mis spelt ), he went way and beyond.
Onur was informative, super helpful and extremely personable.
I have had to go into the branch a few times lately Reha different issues, again the lady behind the counter delivered first class service, so efficient and friendly! (Sorry I didnt get your name)
