I have been speaking with Charlie on and off for probably the last 2 years. I would eventually find something and Charlie would wish me luck. I left my previous role in September last year looking for a different challenge. As you can imagine plenty of LinkedIn messages from every recruiter possible looking to place me in the wrong roles and not listening to what I am looking for. Charlie however knew from previous discussions that I wasnt just interested in any role and if he did have the right one to only contact me then. Just short of a month ago I get a message, we speak and a month later I am in my new role. Charlie did in 4 weeks what many recruiters before him failed to do and that was just to listen and not bombard me with the wrong thing. I cant fault Charlies work ethic, he exemplifies what a recruiter should do.
