Then they said, can't help even when I showed them the money leaving my account and order details.
They didn't care, wasn't helpful and said I will have to contact customer services when it's open for a 7-10 day refund.
If the store is open so should customer service be.
They've lost a regular customer. I can deal with a website issue that isn't the fault of the workers but the attitude of not caring is ridiculous.
