Diabolical service today, had to queue for 20-30 mins only to be told they did not have medication on my prescription, while I was there I was probably the 3rd or 4th person who's prescrbed medication was out of stock. Also website not updated to inform of early closing. Get more staff , when you are feeling unwell this is the last thing you need. Appalling.

If I could give zero stars I would. Since the change in management/ownership the service has been horrendous. I have to send someone to collect my prescriptions due to health conditions, they are never ready, never complete and there seems to be no accountability for the poor service. You cant get through to them on the phone either. Staff are rude and need Equality, diversity and inclusion training. Not because you have been questioned does it mean the customer is being aggressive. Put down that trope its old. I will be looking for an alternative. Avoid if you can, unfortunately not always possible.

No Happy. The wait times are ridiculous. I call to let them know I'm going to collect prescription so they can get it ready before I get there no one HARDLY EVER answers the phone. I end up having to go there and wait for them to prepare the meds everytime. This is minimum 20 minutes wait and can be up to nearly an hour wait. If you can help it DO NOT use

Friendly enough, but they seem to have had a complete change of staff (or ownership) some months ago, and it seems very disorganised now.
