Very kind.... I needed a drink of water when I was there as I was feeling a tad dizzy and they let me sit as long as I. wanted. The customer care is very good, they're always polite and helpful.

Had my eyes tested at this brand and I have to say Im so impressed. Aneeka who conducted my check was very thorough, I believe Hayley helped me with my glasses who was very patient, the whole team were very friendly and I felt relaxed in the store, Ive been to many opticians but this had a very family feel which I loved. Thank you ladies

Booked an appointment for trial contact lenses. 3 weeks later they finally got the lenses in which were completely hopeless so they needed to order more. These were due in today (Monday) only to be told that they are not in and they don't actually get deliveries on a Monday anyway. So nearly 4 weeks later and I have no lenses whatsoever of any use and they will not release the prescription for me to order online (not legal apparently). They have left me no time at all now to sort this out. All of this knowing I wanted them to go on holiday by the 13th .. the mis-communication an attention to detail is mind blowing. I went to a smaller independent optician a month ago now thinking the service would be better than a bigger chain but clearly I was wrong. My wife went to Specsavers near home and was sorted in 5 days.. lesson learnt!

Excellent service and they dont drive you mad to spend...i would recommend to everyone...They care about their customers
