        Very friendly lady on Customer service desk this morning. Think her name was Leiah. Couldn't have done more to help sort out my query. I have been with Santander for a number of years and other than waiting times for cashiers sometimes being a problem, on the whole I am pleased with this branch.

        Need to update their opening times. Went there today to pay some money in and they were shut but website says it's open. realise that we are not in normal times at the moment but people still need to able use their banks. more opening times need to be made available
