        A hopeless branch. Closed Tuesdays. Counter only open 11-2pm and sometimes long queues for it and only ONE counter operating now. Frustrating wait to speak to someone. Barclays seem not to want customers. Other banks in Hoddesdon are considerably more customer friendly and I will be changing my account to one of them. Some of the staff ok when you get to see them.

        Barclays bank in hoddesdon is super branch,staff are professional and helpful,the automated self service machines are easily to use

        No clerks just a few cash points now so if you need to talk to someone about your account it takes forever to wait for the two only staff members available. Not very good at all

        Shame used to be a good bank now very limited to stupid automated machines. The post box on front now shut off. As well closed Tuesday each week..
