Why every trip to Post Office is a minimum 30 min queuing? 1 lady didnt serve any customers because she sat on another side of a post office not where the parcels are. I always promise myself never use post office and then I forget this is the reminder. Been standing here for 30 min two people to go

The queues at the post office have been long every time I go, I'd advise blocking out 20-30mins if you go at lunchtime. The Post Office needs to employ more staff to meet this demand. However, I've found the current staff to be very helpful and patient despite the circumstances. Today, I was queuing to buy a single envelope. There was a sign saying that I could purchase envelopes from the kiosk, so I queued there. The customer behind me told me that they would send me to the other queue. He then cut in front of me to argue with Alisha, the employee. She went to get the manager, and I called the customer out on queue cutting. He repeated that I was in the wrong queue, when I wasn't, and was generally very rude to me. This man seemed to think he knows how the Post Office runs better than the staff, and despite the signs contradicting him. I want to make it known that when I was served by Alisha, she was thorough and respectful despite dealing with such a difficult and insulting customer just before. I believe that whatever incident occurred with this man was down to his own sense of entitlement and arrogance. Post Office staff, you are doing fine.
