Worst garage Ive ever been too both the bald man and the old guy who needs to stay home with his wife and do nothing needs to be shut down forever and I hope they never touch a car again

Kelvin was very helpful and service was done quite quickly, nothing I could ask for more. Car was sanitised before service was done and Kelvin even treated my air-conditioning vent even though I didn't ask for it. Above and beyond expectation

Very pleasant experience. I asked the mechanic to take a look at my car even though its a Ford and not a vehicle that KMW specialise in to see if they could repair some damage to the bumper and bonnet. After checking out the damage the mechanic called to say that they wouldnt be able to complete the repair work as it required specialised Ford parts. When I fetched my car, they had repaired what they could without the parts and didnt charge me for looking at it to assess the damage or for the basic repair work. The team were open and honest throughout the process making it clear at the outset that they may not be able to fix it and still didnt charge a fee for half the work since they werent able to repair the vehicle completely. So although I can't speak to the quality of the repair work or pricing I can say that the team were very helpful and honest.
