Not a pleasant experience. On the day of the event, the toilets were not cleaned properly and the mirrors smeared in the hall. The receptionist would constantly remind us about the time, parading in an out of the hall saying we had to be out by 8pm. Very embarrassing. The worst part was the return of my deposit. I apologise for the delay in refunding your deposit. Our Finance team is on Annual leave and will be back on the 3rd April, I can get your refund processed and you will receive the deposit by 7th April. I would really appreciate if you could give us time until then. How unprofessional is that? They had my deposit since 31st October, my event was 25th February 2023 and they were telling me to wait until the 7th April 2023 to return my deposit! Of course they had to return my deposit before then, because I made a huge complaint to other external departments. I would not recommend hiring this place, unless you are prepared to wait months for your deposit. And the staff? Very unprofessional.
