        Good gym, moderately clean - good amount of equipment, I love the open plan layout, its my favourite gym Ive been to in London because of this. You can see all of the equipment and keep an eye on the machine you want to use next while doing something else while you wait. Only downsides are the air con is way too strong and its really cold in between sets and cools you down too quickly. Also the music is SO LOUD I can hear it over my headphones so I have to wear earplugs as well, and the music is just an awful playlist. Also the trainers when with clients will ask to jump in between your sets, seeing as we are all paying to use the gym, I think this is a bit rude, they should wait their turn like everyone else.

        I started visiting the London Monor House gym exactly a month ago. The staff at the gym are so friendly. Dora is my personal trainer and in this few weeks shes helped me a lot on gaining my body goals. Dora keeps on pushing me hard always. Thank you Dora.
