They dont even deserve 1 star. So rude, unprofessional & unorganised. I waited nearly 30 mins even though I had a blood test appointment booked. When I complained to the receptionist she told the magaret the one doing the bloods and she replied I dont care she can wait. She allowed everyone to go before me maliciously. I ended up having to go back to my gp & no bloods. Ive made a formal complaint & I will be reporting the team to CQC as they refused to give me the managers contact details. The reviews are right, horrible people. I dont understand how on earth these people got their job caring for others.

Probably the poorest managed health centre in London. They constantly miss-manage and lose their patients samples, tests, etc. They lost my blood sample twice. My GP said that they have a bad reputation and told me to stay away from this place.
