Receptionist is unbelievably rude.last 2 days I called many times they told me to come to gp I been there tried to get medications for my partner. He got psychosis for 3 years. We lost or pharmacy made mistake I wasnt sure. I try to explain many time. They dont really cared last person I spoke she told me my boyfriend have to stay with out medication until Easter holiday finishes. . What kind of service is this?

I've been coming to this practice for almost 20 years. Although it's not perfect (the rules for booking appointments can be frustrating and confusing) overall I give it 5 stars because the care I've received from Dr Stanley over the years has been excellent. Specifically it has been brilliant to be seen by a GP who knows me well and is knowledgeable about women's health. And to be able to do that close to home instead of having to travel across or even outside the borough to see someone.

After a not-very good experience at the front desk, I got a call answering a complaint I had put forward. Katie, the manager, took the time to talk to me and understand fully where the problem had occurred. It is so reassuring that a practice takes care of their patience and wants to improve by listening to their patients experiences. The conversation was beyond my expectations and I am so happy about it. Thank you.
