AVOID at all costs. One of my clients used these people and they are charlatans! They lock you into signing a contract and then take months to reply to you, setting up the lowest quality posters and threaten you with legal action and debt collectors at every stage of the way. They are rude, provide no customer service and are totally un genuine. You can create your own free posters on free software and put them up, you don't need these cowboys! .You have been warned. Oh and they shut down their company and open new ones. Do not deal with these people they are only interested in taking unsuspecting business owners and start ups money for their own gain.

Google Reviews should allow minus scores or at least a '0' for companies who don't deserve a 1 star. Placed an order face to face with their rep' who was nice enough when taking the payment details. Months of fobbing off and non communication meant I had lost the money taken by the time that 'Direct Media' as they were known went out of business and became 'Merrivale Marketing'. Its owner and chief crook, Matthew Pelham is apparently on a mission to reap in funds from unsuspecting people and when he has decided that he has milked it enough, moves on to the next unsuspecting lot by closing down one front to open up another. Beware people, don't waste your hard earned on this shower.

Only gave one star as can't leave less. Signed contract in February - at time told ad would be going to print in 2 weeks and in store approx 4 weeks later. Called office 4 times - "The person dealing with your account is not in - will get to call you back" - never happened. Received email in June saying ad now in store - went to find it, staff not seen it, other advertisers been in looking for it - same result. Called local rep who signed me up - not even a "Sorry it was 3 months late going to print", but a rather dismissive it's in store I will send you a photo." Waiting now to see if I get a call back - not holding my breath. Our trade is seasonal and I have missed 3 months of prime advertising time for us. I appreciate that things happen, but at the very least I would expect to be kept aware of what is happening. Will never use this company again
