My friend and I stayed here four nights and we never had hot water in our shower. We alerted front desk/management every night of our trip and nothing was ever done. At one point, we were simply ignored and only received a head nod from the woman in the lobby as she continued to do paperwork. Incredibly rude. There was also no AC in our room on the top floor, and as you know....heat rises. We kept our window (with no screen) open the entire stay. Also, the lifts were broken, so we had to climb up and down six flights of stairs every time we wanted to come and go into our room. I understand this is a budget hotel...but even the worst of hotels don't make you take a cold shower every night.....
