        I am not happy with the service I have ordered food which was cold and I added source which I got nothing . It doesnt hurt to be nice and plus just because you couldnt have what I ordered you decided to ruin my order. However I will make sure I order from a different branch. I still get happy over it. You havent ruined my night thank you bye for now

        I recently visited the KFC restaurant on Finsbury Park and while the food was decent, the service was severely lacking. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite the rude behavior, I decided to order my food and proceeded to wait for my order. The food was okay, but the overall experience was tarnished by the unprofessionalism of the staff member. I hope that KFC takes steps to address the behavior of their employees and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. While the food may be good, it is not enough to justify the mistreatment of customers. I hope that the management of this particular location takes this feedback seriously and takes action to improve the behaviour of their staff.
