Disgusting !!!! I have epilepsy so sometimes Ive had to cancel appointments , I was told I was no longer welcome and blocked . Who does that ????????

Dr sadoh is a horrible dentist who I found to be very condescending ,rude and disrespectful who doesn't liked to be asked any questions at all. I had an appointment with him in March this year and I would never go back.Iwould even go as far to say he is very prejudiced as I've seen him act polite to other races at the practice.

The receptionist is by far the rudest person on the phone. She says talk professionally but talks with the worst stinking attitude. Assuming things and telling me to look for another dentist. Not sure who wronged her in life but she has a serious problem

I missed only 1 appointment unfortunately, and if like I deserved to be punish they receptionist won't NOT give another appointment that I really need (also I did not know about that rule) I work in the NHS as well and I think the priority should be help people right?!. working together for patients. Do they know the NHS values? -Respect and dignity -Commitment to quality of care. -Compassion. -Improving lives. Also -Patients come first in everything we do. Definitely any of this became truth to me. I am sorry I missed my appointment but I find horrible and disrespectful that treatment to people. I hope that rule changes is horrible or do it but with a bit more COMPASSION to people.

Was greeted by a very rude receptionist, who basically was condescending, and called me a liar even though I had proof to the contrary! Somebody like that who clearly doesn't enjoy what they do should look at another career!! Left before my appointment aggravated and found an establishment who wanted my business!
