We came for breakfast this morning and unfortunately left disappointed. The food was good, atmosphere too, but when it came to payment I was in shock. We got charged for swapping an item on breakfast, and while being charged 3 for extra sausage is somewhat acceptable, being charged an extra 2.5 for REMOVING a different item is ridiculous. (Both on the same meal) I was too stunned to speak when I saw the total on the screen. Note I was not even given the receipt, the team member just passed the card reader without even showing the total amount on the reader. I just managed to take a glimpse on the till. Overall the price of one full English came up to 18 - more than a dinner meal in a restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. Paid over 40 for two breakfasts and two coffees. (Didnt manage to see where all the charges came from) Will definitely not be coming back and its a shame because I was excited about trying this place.
