My boyfriend went here today because he had run out of contact lenses as they simply stopped delivered them without warning. He had to call them to be told that he was due for an eye test, and he was meant to be delivered a pair of contacts to wear during the test. He never got those, and the employee was just rude to him when he got to the test and asked him to put his contacts in, when he said he ran out ages ago, the man said "that doesn't make any sense." I'll tell you what doesn't make sense. Being rude to your customers and waking up a hardworking individual on a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. for absolutely no reason. They really don't care about people's health at all.

After only ten months, and for the second time, my new glasses were so strongly crazed with fine lines, not scratches, that it was impossible to read small print. A few days after my guarantee was up I asked for replacements or my money back for obviously defective goods. The response was your guarantee has expired and we cant do anything. In 60 years of wearing glasses this defect has only happened on the two occasions noted above. If this has happened to you please join with me to complain to the Office of Fair Trading and Boots.
