Came to look at what was required, talked a good talk, gave some good ideas, but then I didn't hear from him again, sent him a message on messenger to ask about the quote, he read it and didn't have the decency to reply. If you don't want the work or lucky enough at this time to be too busy, at least have the decency to tell the customer and not leave him hanging for 12 days.

Thank you so much for the hard work you put into my parents garden. These guys are great at what they do and we can't recommend them highly enough. From having the initial quote, everything was fully explained with a nice understandable cost breakdown. Chris & Andy truly transformed my parents garden, I often read reviews before I commit to anyone but rarely write reviews, but these guys honestly deserve one. They are true gentlemen and two guys you can trust, we knew from day 1 that we could trust them, so gave them our key and allowed them to carry on with their work and they didn't let us down. If anyone reading this is considering Gilbert's Landscaping i would say go for it, you won't regret it. (Give them drinks, they deserve it, they work so hard ) Thank you guys, keep up the good work. We will be thinking of all the hard work you did for us when we are out enjoying the new garden.
