Worst agency ever deal with, said they cant rent the property just the day before we need to move in. Done all the paperwork, gave them whatever they asked for but at the last moment they rang and told they cant rent because of silly things. Now Im on the middle of road nowhere to go struggling to find somewhere to live. Really really upset with the service. Never Ever go back to goodchild again. I had seen a lots of reviews same as mine..gave everything the asked for and rejected at last moment. Not good at all.

The measure of any good service is regular communication and updates. Goodchilds did this well even when solicitors were lacking. Thank you ladies!

Everything ran very smoothly from start to completion. I also used there inhouse conveyancers which were also excellent . Would 100% use again
