Ordered food, the shop updated Uber eats to its on its way at 4:15. I called the restaurant at 4:30 to ask where it was as I was worried it would be cold if it was still on its way and the man told me it was just leaving the shop so wasnt on its way when they said it was. I called back at 5pm as it still hadnt arrived and he told me the driver left 10 minutes ago so not half an hour ago when I last spoke to him. I called back at 20 past 5 as it STILL hadnt arrived. He told me the driver was at my house, I said he wasnt and he said Ill call them again so I waited 5 minutes and called back to see if he had spoke to the delivery driver, believe it or not he then just put the phone down on me 17 times when I called. My order turned up at 5:40 stone cold, the nuggets were still floury, the chips freezing and the drinks werent even what we ordered. Safe to say I got my money back for this joke of an experience and will not be going anywhere near this restaurant again.
