        Ive giving 1 star as there isn't an option to give 0. I called the number this morning to explain we do house clearances and would have a lot of clothes to bring in and to check if this was OK. I was told by the lady on the phone yes as long as they are clean and wearable and don't have any work logos on. All types of clothing would be taken. We sorted them to dispose of the ones that were no good. We got to the shop in Brownhills to be told by the "lady" they don't have house clearance clothes. She wouldn't even look at them. A perfect example of no communication between staff members on how the business is ran and their procedures. What a complete waste of my time and money.
