        If it was up to me Id gladly rate them 0 stars. This is the 3rd time now in 6 weeks that they havent emptied our green bins they havent put any labels on to say why they havent been emptied, we rang them up to find out why they havent emptied the bins the 1st time they used the excuse that the bins werent put out on time which isnt true because they were put out the afternoon before and when weve rang the other times they say that they cant do anything about it. Absolutely dreadful service.
