        I am very angry and upset on how one of the members of staff spoke to my mom today when she had an appointment over the phone and made her feel very down and upset, my mom already struggles with anxiety and this situation has made her 10x worse and I am absolutely disgusted, Sandi is the women my mom spoke to. But now I have to see my poor mom in this state and makes me upset knowing shes struggling just for someone to kick her while shes already down
