I'd booked a spray tan, as this is the only local salon that now do them from the research I'd done on Google.
First impression of the salon was clean & tidy.
Staff were very kind and calming, especially has I was nervous.
Before the tan the lady asked what outcome I wanted and we agreed on a colour etc. (Didn't have the spray tan that I could sleep in and develop but had one that I could shower within a few hours - happy with this)
Appointment went as planned
No rush to get out of the salon which was calming
Overcare given verbally but also sent sent to my mobile within an hour of the appointment which was really helpful.
Had a shower with the 3/4hrs as recommended and so far pleased with the outcome.
