We hired Bejay Norton to do some programming & fit a communicator. He left a glitch meaning when the cleaner reset the alarm it left areas disarmed and vulnerable. After saying hed be back next week to finish off and fit the communicator, things drifted before an email saying he was waiting for news on an updated product. 5 months on, we gave up. Just under 3 hours of programming (including upselling & signing us up for ongoing contracts) cost us 195. We found Bejay to be unreliable & very expensive. He also changed the engineer code & has added his own branding, neither of which we wanted. The company who finished the job listened to & delivered precisely what we wanted & were much more realistically priced. Not a total car crash by any means, but definitely could do better if he listened more, delivered what he said he would & when, at a more reasonable price, with less upselling. We are aware of the challenges facing small businesses so always offer one to one feedback when they disappoint. Only when they decline or, in this case, ignore the offer do we post online.
