Biryani in a Box

We had a lovely pre-birthday dinner yesterday. The Butter chicken and naans were lovely but Biriyani was the authentic hyderabadi biriyani with loads of flavours. The staff was very helpful and the ambience was very nice. Highly recommended!

I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review. Your staff Swapna is need training in customer service. We ordered the food and waited for 20mins for starters, my lil one asked for water and it was ignored finally I need to go to the next shop and get him water. The food arrived after 30mins and that was spicy for an Indian coming from Andhra Pradesh! After starters, we waited a long and I order my food over the counter with the chef directly as he speaks the language I know. Miss Swapna comes and says you can't order food directly! But we waited for 30mins for her to take my order. Trust me the restaurant had 1 more table with 2 guests. I can understand the chefs is busy because of delivery orders but what about the stewards with just 2 table guest? Whenever we say we are ready to order she goes inside the kitchen and comes back in 10mins! Moreover, the food was very very spicy we have to move out before finishing our meal. Overall this restaurant use to be good but watch out if you don't improve some areas then it would be a matter of survival.
