Jardines Pharmacy

Waiting for 1 month for prescription now. After 5 visits, they keep saying they don't have it, yet their own pharmacist called me to say it was in. Carer went in yet again to get it and they say yet again they don't have it. Won't answer phone so cannot call. Dreadful place

Turned up on Friday at 3pm to find the Pharmacy shut and a note on the door stating they were out due to illness. Came back on the following Monday (7 days after my prescription was ordered) to find it not ready and told to wait 40 mins. Came back 3 hours later to queue for an hour to while the pharmacist was in a consultation and the remaining staff try to deal with the customers. Staff don't seem to even acknowledge the wait or greet people waiting. Awful service and will now be changing where I oder my prescription to.

Pharmacy says open at 10 now 11 and still not open. Prescription sent last night to collect this morning and nothing no notice or anything.

awful service. stood in the line for 30 mins to be told the prescription will not be available and to come back...came back next day to be told pharmacist is away...went back after an hour just to stand in a line for another 30 mins...

Sitting here 10 minutes past opening time and sealed shut. A nice young man who works there, said we need to wait for someone with a key to open it. EVERY time I come, the prescription is never ready, so I have to wait even more for them to assemble it Does anyone know a neighborhood drug dealer that can get me blood pressure meds?
