        Had a really good evening here learning about knife skills. Learnt way more than I expected, loved the butchery and filleting... who knew?! Revelation of the evening was the correct way to chop a pepper and crush garlic. Going home to practice my julienne! In fact we're planning the next class already.

        Completed the knife skills course. It was so fantastic, really friendly instruction and we did so much more than I was expecting. The food was absolutely delicious - I wasnt expecting to eat so much! Definitely dont eat beforehand, youll regret it! If you enjoy cooking this course is for you, we learned so much. Will definitely book onto another.
