Friendly staff however, you can never be sure when the store is actually going to be open in the mornings. The time that they allow you in seems to fluctuate wildly and its a real shame because Im not gonna stand out in the cold. I often see people do the same thing, driving in and then driving straight out again when they realise the shop isnt open. I dont know if this is caused by a lack of staff but it needs to be rectified as youre losing customers.

Early morning Saturday 15 /04 Temporary toilets And Tea tasted like water was stagnant. Shame BP usually excellent tea. Don't listen to zombie socialists...use bleach and kill germs!

I broke down here last week which was very stressful but Andrei was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to sort the problem, and then when it was clear that it was beyond immediate repair he was very kind and supportive whilst I waited for the recovery vehicle. An asset to your team.
