        My son (6 years) loves going to his taekwondo lesson every Thursday. The teacher is absolutely fantastic, great with kids and his teaching style is very fun for them. There have been times, due to covid when we couldn't attend the class but the teacher was great at arranging for us to join in via Zoom. I now have my 4 year old wanting to join in, he can get easily distracted but the teacher is great at getting him to focus, helping to build his confidence and definitely keeps him smiling with his fun lessons. I myself have taken part in one of their self defence seminars which was very informative and had excellent demonstrations that we had to follow while given expert advice. I would 100% recommend anyone to join one of their classes.
